1. The service

CreatorOS is a software platform that lets creators build online storefronts, sell digital and physical products, and grow using their social content. We provide the software; you are responsible for the products you sell and the content you publish.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity to contract).

3. Your store and content

• You retain ownership of your content and products. You grant us a licence to host and display them to operate the service.
• You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, honouring refunds, and complying with applicable laws (consumer, tax, IP).
• You may not sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods, or content that infringes others’ rights.

4. Payments & fees

Subscription fees are billed as shown on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST in India). Buyer payments to your store are processed by Razorpay and settle per their terms. We may charge platform fees as disclosed at signup.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, scrape, resell access without authorisation, or use it to send spam or unlawful messages (including via WhatsApp/Instagram automation).

6. Intellectual property

The CreatorOS platform, software, and branding are owned by CreatorOS Technologies Private Limited. These Terms do not transfer our IP to you.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
