1. The service

Increafy is a software platform that lets businesses connect their own Instagram professional account and/or WhatsApp Business account to manage comments and messages, run engagement automations, and — where enabled — build storefronts and sell products. We provide the software; you are responsible for the accounts you connect, the content you publish, and the messages you send.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and under any social accounts you connect.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity to contract).
• You must own, or be authorised to manage, every Instagram or WhatsApp account you connect to Increafy.

3. Connected accounts & Meta platform compliance

• When you connect Instagram or WhatsApp, you authorise Increafy to access and act on that account on your behalf to provide the features you enable (inbox, replies, comment and message automation).
• You agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Platform Policy, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and all other applicable Meta policies when using Increafy.
• You will not use Increafy to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, and you will only message users consistent with Meta's policies and applicable law (including consent and opt-out requirements).
• You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from the people who comment on or message your accounts.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of your content, products, and account data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display them solely to operate the service for you.
• You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, honouring refunds, and complying with applicable laws (consumer, tax, IP, and messaging).
• You may not sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods, or publish content that infringes others’ rights.

5. Payments & fees

Subscription fees are billed as shown on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST in India). Buyer payments to your store are processed by Razorpay and settle per their terms. We may charge platform fees as disclosed at signup.

6. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, attempt to breach or probe security, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, resell access without authorisation, or use it to send spam or unlawful messages (including via WhatsApp or Instagram automation). We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove automations that violate these Terms or Meta's policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Increafy platform, software, and branding are owned by Increafy Private Limited. These Terms do not transfer our IP to you.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime from settings, which also disconnects your Meta accounts and removes stored access tokens. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. Increafy is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
