This policy covers two things: (a) your CreatorOS subscription, and (b) purchases buyers make from creator stores.
1. CreatorOS subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- New paid subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of the first charge if you are not satisfied — email support@creatoros.app.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law.
2. Purchases from creator stores
When you buy a product from a creator’s store, your contract is with that creator (the seller). Refund and cancellation terms for those purchases are set by the individual creator. CreatorOS facilitates the transaction via Razorpay but is not the merchant of record for store sales.
- Digital products / courses: typically non-refundable once accessed/downloaded, unless the creator states otherwise or the product is defective.
- Physical products: subject to the creator’s stated return window and condition requirements.
- To request a refund for a store purchase, contact the creator directly (their contact is on the store), or email us and we will help mediate.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
