Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products & courses

Digital products, courses, and memberships are delivered electronically — access is granted immediately after successful payment, via your account and/or a link sent to your email. No physical shipping is involved.

2. Physical products

• Physical goods are shipped and fulfilled by the individual creator (seller), not by Increafy.
• Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines, shipping charges, and serviceable areas are set by the creator and shown at checkout or on the product page.
• Typical delivery within India is 3–10 business days after dispatch, unless the creator states otherwise.
• Tracking details (where available) are shared by the creator after dispatch.

3. Increafy subscription

Your subscription to Increafy is a software service activated instantly on payment — there is nothing to ship.

4. Delays & issues

If your order is delayed or not delivered, contact the creator directly via the store, or email vaibhav@increafy.ai and we will help.
