You can ask Increafy to delete the data we hold about you, including data obtained from Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta.
What data this covers
This includes data we receive through the Meta platform when you connect an account: your Instagram professional account profile and media, comments and messages processed for the inbox and automations, and WhatsApp Business account details and message history used to route replies.
How to request deletion
- From the app (fastest): disconnect Instagram or WhatsApp in Settings. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored Meta access token and removes the imported data for that account.
- Delete your whole account: email vaibhav@increafy.ai from your registered address, or call +91 75692 24952. We will delete your Increafy account and all associated Instagram, WhatsApp, and store data within 30 days and confirm by email.
- From Facebook/Meta: removing Increafy from your Facebook or Business settings triggers our automated data-deletion callback, which disconnects the account and deletes the data we hold for it. You are then redirected to this page with a confirmation code.
What we keep
We may retain minimal transaction and invoice records where required by Indian tax law, in anonymised form where possible. We do not retain your Instagram or WhatsApp content after deletion.
